OpenGov Transform is an in-person conference designed to connect all the brilliant people who use the OpenGov Cloud to build high-performance government. Attendees include city and county managers, budget leaders, procurement teams, community development managers, public works directors, water and sewer teams, parks leaders, GIS professionals, and more.
The OpenGov Transform conference is Sept 30-Oct 2, 2024 (sessions run Monday morning through Wednesday mid-day). There will be optional administrator certification courses Oct 2-4, 2024 (starting mid-day Wednesday and concluding mid-day Friday) for an additional cost.
OpenGov Transform will be held at Live! By Loews and Loews Arlington in Arlington, TX. This first-of-its-kind sports resort offers unparalleled access to Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field, the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, and more. (If you attended CarteCon in 2023, you’re familiar with the area. In 2024, we’ll be expanding our event into the all-new Loews Arlington Convention Center).
The dress code throughout the conference is business casual. Nice jeans are perfectly acceptable, and we encourage attendees to be comfortable while maintaining a polished, professional look. Western Wear is encouraged but not required for the High-Performance Hootenanny on Tuesday evening. Feel free to embrace the theme!
Admin Certification will start on October 2 at 1:00 PM. The Certification will conclude on Friday October 4 at 12:00PM. Boxed lunches will be provided!
Tickets for the OpenGov Transform conference (Sept 30-Oct 2, 2024) start at $1,200/ea. This is early-bird discounted pricing. The cost will increase as the event gets closer. OpenGov is offering optional administrator certification courses immediately following the conference (Oct 2-4, 2024). These advanced training courses will cost $999 per participant. Early bird pricing will end on 3/31/24. The price will be $1500 starting on 4/1/24
Upcoming OpenGov contracts and renewals will include a line item for 2 tickets at $1200/ea. This is early-bird discounted pricing for the conference (Sept 30-Oct 2). Additional tickets can be added to contracts. Alternatively, there will be a registration page for you to purchase tickets via credit card. This will be shared via email when launched.
OpenGov Transform tickets are all-access passes to inspiring keynotes, customer presentations, training courses, and 1:1 meetings with OpenGov experts. Breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and evening socials are also included.
If you cannot make it to the Transform after registering, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. If you’d like to cancel your registration, we will offer a 100% refund until May 1, a 50% refund until August 1, and no refunds will be granted after that.
